All products are offered on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to availability. Because our baked goods and produce are made or harvested in small batches, availability, quantities, and offerings may vary by date and season.
We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at any time.
Home Processing Exemption
Certain baked goods sold through Sunshine Farmstand are produced under New York State’s Home Processor Exemption. These products are made in a home kitchen that is not inspected by the New York State Department of Agriculture and Markets.
Ordering & Payments
Accepted payment methods will be disclosed at the point of sale (including online ordering, farmstand sales, or markets). Payment is due at the time of purchase unless otherwise stated.

Allergens & Food Safety
Our products may contain or come into contact with common allergens including, but not limited to, wheat, dairy, eggs, nuts, and seeds.
While we take care in preparing our products, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. Customers with food allergies or sensitivities assume full responsibility for their purchases.
No Shipping
At this time, Sunshine Farmstand does not offer shipping. All products are intended for local pickup at the farmstand or designated locations.
Refunds & Exchanges
Due to the perishable nature of baked goods and produce, all sales are final. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us promptly so we can address the concern when possible.
