At Sunshine Farmstand, we take pride in the quality and freshness of our baked goods. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.
Perishable Goods
Because our items are made fresh and are perishable, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
Refunds & Replacements
Refunds or replacements may be offered only in the following situations:

You received the incorrect item

Your item was damaged or spoiled at the time of pickup
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of pickup or purchase with a description of the problem. Photos may be requested to help us assess the issue.
Missed Pickups
Orders that are not picked up at the scheduled time are non-refundable. We are unable to hold or remake items once the pickup window has passed.
Farmers Market & In-Person Sales
All purchases made at farmers markets, farmstands, or in person are final. Please inspect your items at the time of purchase and notify us immediately if there is a concern.
Cancellations
Cancellations for preorders or custom orders must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time to be eligible for a refund. Orders canceled after this time may not be refunded.
Payments Processing
Approved refunds, when applicable, will be issued to the original form of payment if possible. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
